2. What personal data do we process?

We only process the data you voluntarily provide when filling in our contact, enquiry or subscription forms, together with the technical data generated while you browse:

  • Identification and contact data: first and last name, phone and email.
  • Data about your request: the content of your message and your property preferences (budget, area, property type) when you provide them.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not request special categories of data (health, beliefs, religion, etc.). If you provide us with third-party data, you warrant that you have their consent to do so.

3. For what purpose do we process your data?

  • To handle and respond to the enquiries, information requests and contact requests you send us.
  • To manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship: searching and selecting properties, arranging viewings and advising you throughout the transaction.
  • To send you information about properties, developments and services that may interest you, where you have authorised it.
  • To comply with the legal obligations that apply to us.
  • To keep the site secure and analyse its use in aggregate form in order to improve it.

4. Lawful basis for processing

  • Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) to respond to your enquiries and, where applicable, send you commercial communications.

Where the basis is consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as the relationship with us is maintained and you do not request its deletion. Once it ends, we will keep it duly blocked for the legally required periods (tax, commercial and anti-money-laundering obligations) and will then delete it. Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.

6. Who do we share your data with?

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required. To provide our services we may rely on providers that access the data as processors (web hosting, email, CRM and analytics tools), always bound by a contract requiring them to process it according to our instructions and to data-protection law. Some of our technology providers (for example, Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, such transfers are made with the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
