A Glimpse into the Future: The Inmolux Group Team at the Porcelanosa Factory

#
On February 17-18, the Inmolux Group team traveled to Castellón (Valencia) to witness firsthand how world-class ceramics are created. Designers, architects, and engineers from the company visited the Porcelanosa factory—Spain's leading manufacturer of premium finishing materials. The goal of the trip was ambitious: to explore cutting-edge technologies, discover the latest collections, and push the boundaries of what is possible in interior design.

Immersing in Production

The tour began with a visit to the production facilities. Participants observed the entire ceramic creation process, from raw material processing to the final packaging of finished products. State-of-the-art automated lines, innovative technologies, and rigorous quality control impressed even the most experienced professionals. The Inmolux Group team paid particular attention to the factory’s environmental initiatives:

  • All water is filtered and reused.
  • Ceramic waste is recycled and transformed into raw material for new products.
  • The production facilities are exceptionally clean and highly automated.

"Precision, cleanliness, and advanced technology—every process in the factory is meticulously refined. This is the standard we should strive for," noted the trip participants.

Beyond production, the team visited the flagship showrooms of Porcelanosa, XLight, XTONE, L’Antic, Gamadecor, Krion, and Noken. These spaces served as true idea incubators:

  • Projection technologies, artificial intelligence, and interactive panels create a new level of engagement with materials.
  • The collections showcase unique textures, innovative coatings, and technical solutions not yet available on the market.
  • The applications of familiar materials are expanding—ceramics are now used beyond traditional wall and floor finishes.

"Trips like these allow us not only to stay ahead in the industry but also to look into the future. We saw materials and technologies that have yet to hit the market but will soon become trends," shared Irina Bystranovska, an interior designer at Inmolux Group.

New Partnerships and Prospects

During the trip, the team established connections with architects, engineers, and technical specialists, opening up new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange. In addition to strengthening its partnership with Porcelanosa, Inmolux Group has begun working with the Fernando Moreno brand, expanding its capabilities for implementing premium interior solutions.

Key Takeaways: Inspiration, Technology, and the Future

The visit to the Porcelanosa factory was a significant milestone for Inmolux Group. The team returned not only with fresh ideas but also with strategic insights that will soon be reflected in projects like Madroñal View.

The future of design lies in technology, sustainability, and innovative materials. Inmolux Group is confidently moving forward, staying at the forefront of interior solutions.
