1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit it. They let the site remember your actions and preferences — such as your selected language — for a period of time, so you don’t have to set them again each time you return. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, for the same purposes; in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

2. Data controller

The party responsible for this website and for the use of cookies is Inmolux Group, located at Avenida Ricardo Soriano, 55, Marbella (Málaga), Spain. For any matter related to this policy you can contact us using the details at the end of this page.

3. Your consent

The first time you visit the site we show you a cookie notice. Strictly necessary cookies are always set, because the site cannot work without them; the rest (preferences, analytics and marketing) are only activated if you accept them. You can accept all, reject them or choose by category, and change your decision at any time through the floating “Cookies” button or the button further down on this page. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI and the GDPR); for necessary cookies, our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional site.

4. Categories of cookies we use

We group cookies into the following categories — the same ones you can configure in the preferences panel:

5. Specific cookies

6. Third-party cookies

Some external services may set their own cookies when you authorise the relevant categories. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand, in an aggregated and anonymous way, how the site is used; it only writes measurement cookies if you accept the “Analytics” category. In addition, to improve appearance and interactivity we load web fonts (Google Fonts) and map tiles, which may receive your IP address when requested; these resources load under the “Preferences” category. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.

7. How to manage or withdraw your consent

You can review or change your choice at any time by clicking the button below, or via the floating “Cookies” button in the corner of the screen. You can also block or delete cookies already stored from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Opera). Please note that if you disable necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work correctly.

8. Retention

Each cookie has a different retention period, shown in the table above. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them manually. Your consent record is kept for 12 months, after which we will ask you again.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or operational reasons. We will publish any changes on this page and, where relevant, notify you through the cookie notice. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
