— How would you compare this year: a triathlon or scaling Mount Everest?
— Scaling Mount Everest, where my personal flag at the summit was the development of a new ambitious project in Elviria: an exclusive complex of 113 townhouses with ultra-modern amenities and innovative design.
— Business results are often described in numbers, but was there a moment this year that stood out for its emotional impact?
— Absolutely! That would be purchasing the land for the Elviria project. It took for a long time and turned into a negotiation marathon with an Arab billionaire. The emotions from closing that deal were truly unforgettable!
— Do you think Inmolux Group grew more or matured more this year? How did that manifest?
— Definitely grew: we expanded our team significantly and added new departments. But next year, we plan to focus on maturing—refining our processes and raising our standards.
— If 2024 were a piece of music, what would it be: jazz, rock, or classical?
— Classical! By the end of the year, there’s a sense of peace and fulfillment from everything we’ve accomplished.
— What was your personal pride in business this year?
— Completing the Paradise Real villa and successfully selling it. This was a landmark moment for the entire team.
— What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned this year?
— The team is everything. When each person knows their role and works towards results, even the most ambitious goals can be achieved.
— They say luxury real estate is an investment in dreams. What new dream will be realized in 2025?
— Two fully furnished and move-in-ready villas, Madroñal Gold. They will truly be masterpieces!
— Do you think your audience’s expectations will change? Will they lean more toward luxury or minimalism?
— Our clients are not the type to choose simplicity. They always seek luxury, comfort, and style, especially in Marbella.
— Do you have a project that currently feels like a fantasy but that you’re certain will become a reality?
— Yes, but I prefer not to share details until the first step is made.
— What’s harder: building paradise on earth or selling it to a discerning audience?
— Both require maximum dedication. That’s exactly what our company does every day.
— What advice would you give yourself 10 years ago?
— Build a team of professionals! For a long time, I ran the business almost single-handedly, but only with the arrival of a strong team did we achieve real breakthroughs.
— How do you feel about the new year: anxious, calm, or excited?
— Excited! The plans are grand, both in business and personal life. I also hope to return to sports, yoga, and cold-water swimming.
— What would you like to wish your audience, your team, and yourself?
— Peaceful skies, family happiness, health, and good fortune. And to my amazing team—success and the realization of all our plans for 2025!
