Villa Alfa: Final Stretch

• Villa Alfa is currently in the final stages of both interior and exterior work. The following has already been completed:
• Installation of a projector, screen, and sound system in the master bedroom, transforming it into a private home cinema.
• Mounting of a suspended vinyl ceiling in the technical room next to the laundry area.
• Installation of Aquapanel ceilings on the first-floor terraces.
• Waterproofing of the ground-floor porch and the master bedroom on the second floor.
• 90% completion of suspended plasterboard ceilings and aluminum window frames.
• Façade tiling (60×120 cm tiles) is nearly complete, with only the lower section—previously covered by scaffolding—remaining.
• Construction and waterproofing of the outdoor staircase to the pool is finished.
• Electrical wiring on the first and second floors has been completed.
• The service rooms, staff kitchen and lounge, as well as the second floor, are fully prepped for painting.
• Hammam tiling with mosaic and SPA shower area cladding are finalized.

Villa Omega: Solid Progress

At the second villa, Omega, the focus is now on structural and engineering work:

• First-layer façade insulation on both floors is complete.
• Roof parapet walls have been built using thermal blocks.
• Installation of hot water supply and underfloor heating systems has begun in the basement.
• Electrical wiring is underway in the basement level.
• The technical room under the pool is complete, including slope formation, floor tiling, and wall/ceiling finishes.
• Preparatory work is in progress in the technical room adjacent to the laundry.
